Yes. Simply log-in to your account on the upper right hand corner of our web page and you will see your membership options. Here you will be able to change the shipping frequency, remove products or choose to skip a shipment on any products. Please note, if you have purchased one of our membership packages and remove products so it no longer qualifies for membership, you will no longer be eligible to receive a free in-clinic or on-line consultation every three months. You will still receive 15% of any products on subscription and have the option to purchase an in-clinic and on-line consultation should you wish.
If you would like to skip a shipment on any product that is not a problem. Simply log-in to your account on the upper right hand corner of our web page and you will see your membership/subscription options. Under "Next Estimated Delivery Date" for each product, simply click on "Skip" and your account will not be charged and no product will be sent out until the following month.
You will receive 15% off on all Harklinikken products that you have signed up for subscription either through our Membership Program or an individual subscription product. This includes the first shipment and on any future shipments as well.
Your delivery of Harklinikken product is based on the delivery frequency selected and your initial purchase date. For example, if you placed your first order on April 12th, and delivery frequency is 2 months, your next order will be sent on June 12th and then August 12th, etc. You will receive an e-mail 7 days prior to any product being shipped out in which you can change shipping frequency, skip a month or cancel at any time.
We offer free shipping on any order above $75 and typically see delivery 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
