What is the difference between membership and subscription?

We are committed to offering you a hassle-free membership or subscription in which you can make changes at any time including changing shipping frequency, adding or deleting products or canceling your membership or subscription at any time.

In addition to the 15% off you receive when you choose to have a product on subscription, our membership product sets also come with a free in-clinic or on-line personalized, one on one consultation every 3 monthns with one of our trained hair specialists. Additionally, as a member, you are offered additional discounts on products you purchase above and beyond the one’s included in your membership set.

How do I manage my membership/subscription?

We are committed to offering you a hassle-free membership and subscription in which you can make changes at any time. Simply log-in to your account on the upper right hand corner of our web page and you will see your membership/subscription options. Here you will be able to manage your addresses, payment options and products including changing shipping frequency, removing products or skipping a shipment. You will also see instructions on how to cancel your membershop at any time if you should choose to do so.

Can I cancel my membership/subscription at any time?

Yes, we are committed to offering you a hassle-free membership in which you can make changes at any time. If you would like to cancel your membership simply contact our customer experience team at 1 877-657-0100.

Am I able to change the shipping frequency or the products that I receive each month?

Yes. Simply log-in to your account on the upper right hand corner of our web page and you will see your membership options. Here you will be able to change the shipping frequency, remove products or choose to skip a shipment on any products. Please note, if you have purchased one of our membership packages and remove products so it no longer qualifies for membership, you will no longer be eligible to receive a free in-clinic or on-line consultation every three months. You will still receive 15% of any products on subscription and have the option to purchase an in-clinic and on-line consultation should you wish.

How do I skip a shipment?

If you would like to skip a shipment on any product that is not a problem. Simply log-in to your account on the upper right hand corner of our web page and you will see your membership/subscription options. Under "Next Estimated Delivery Date" for each product, simply click on "Skip" and your account will not be charged and no product will be sent out until the following month.

If I cancel my membership do I still get my next consultation for free?
Yes. If you are a member at any time during the 3 months prior to your next scheduled in-clinic or on-line consultation we will honor the free consultation. If you choose to then have an additional consultation after this period, and you are not member, you will need to pay the listed price for the follow-up in-clinic or on-line consultation.
If I am a member, can someone else (friend/family member) utilize my free consultations?
No. The free consultations only apply to the person that has signed up to membership.
Do I receive 15% off all orders or just my first shipment?

You will receive 15% off on all Harklinikken products that you have signed up for subscription either through our Membership Program or an individual subscription product. This includes the first shipment and on any future shipments as well.

When will my Harklinikken product be delivered?

Your delivery of Harklinikken product is based on the delivery frequency selected and your initial purchase date. For example, if you placed your first order on April 12th, and delivery frequency is 2 months, your next order will be sent on June 12th and then August 12th, etc. You will receive an e-mail 7 days prior to any product being shipped out in which you can change shipping frequency, skip a month or cancel at any time.

We offer free shipping on any order above $75 and typically see delivery 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
